Before using EZFacility to manage our baseball and softball training academy, we used a pencil & paper method to manage everything on a daily basis. Their web-based software allowed me to manage all of my instructor’s schedules and client packages – even while I was at my home. Plus, the email marketing tool helped me to keep in touch with all my clients, and be able to inform them of upcoming events. The EZFacility team was great to work with, and helped implement and adapt the system to our own particular business.

Between the time I saved using EZFacility, and the valuable financial and usage reporting it provides, the program more than pays for itself. I would recommend this software to anyone looking to spend less time getting headaches and more time improving their business.
