• EZFacility and Brivo’s Software-as-a-Service security management allows facility owners and administrators to control their system online— anytime, from anywhere
• Owners can provide access to an unlimited number of agents and administrators to manage their own areas in the facility, or the entire system
• Using your existing membership cards (bar code or swipe) to allow members access to the facility
• Built-in Card-Fraud Guard deters multiple card-swipes that allow "freebies" into the facility.
• Set resource-specific controls to differentiate access to only certain areas, such as pools, daycare and locker rooms
• Email and text message notifications can alert owners of system events such as propped doors or invalid access attempts
• Save time and money, while reducing the risk of data entry errors, by only having to manage client data in EZFacility, and not multiple separate systems
• Detailed access control tracking and demographics data filters directly into EZFacility for in-depth reporting on club and membership usage

In addition, you can also view live or event-related online video surveillance for all of your access areas using our optional and highly affordable hosted video option, OVR WebServiceTM! This service provides a significant extension to EZFacility and Brivo’s SaaS-based Access Control System by providing centralized video storage alongside our hosted access control. View live or event-related video at a fraction of the cost of traditional hardware DVR’s.

OVR WebService supports up to four cameras per location or broadband connection, and an unlimited number within your EZFacility Remote Access Control account. Since ACS WebService supports multiple locations simultaneously, you can now view all of the cameras for each of your individual facilities – all from one centrally managed EZFacility account! The fully integrated video is viewed directly from within the EZFacility interface, and video is linked directly to access events, eliminating the need to search for specific video events.
