MemberMe is a mobile app that provides your fitness business with a unique opportunity to engage members from the palm of their hand. MemberMe allows you to easily communicate with members on-the-go, keeping them informed of your latest facility updates, current promotions and classes available to book, right from their phone. Having a smartphone app to complement your sport or fitness business is game-changing and ultimately leads to higher customer satisfaction and improved retention for your business.

MemberMe is available to existing EZFacility clients and can also operate as a stand-alone application for facilities not currently using our scheduling and club management solution.

• The ability to immediately update members with “Push Notifications” regarding club changes, news, class-availability, promotions, etc.
• Direct access for members to find and book classes and view class information including times, trainers, location, and descriptions
