Webinar to discuss marketing tactics

Renowned fitness program director and certified personal trainer Trina Gray will host a webinar next week to educate club owners on how to turn members into marketing assets, the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association reports.
Gray, a former IDEA Health & Fitness Association Program Director of the Year finalist and owner of Michigan-based Bay Urban Fitness, will present marketing strategies in a webinar entitled Create Raving Fans by Engaging Your Members.
The seminar will touch on a variety of points, including how to create experiences for members that go beyond simple programs, increase traffic and business by targeting common interest groups, understand the benefits of sharing member stories, become a social organizer within a community and drive word-of-mouth promotions with money-producing events.
Web-Based Club Management Software from EZFacility offers a marketing tool that can be used to track campaign success. This includes reports on client referrals and retention, free trials, membership packages, demographics and promotional coupons.
Grey's studio also hosts a variety of community challenges, in addition to offering training camps and small team training, IHRSA adds.
