Employee Time Clock Module:
EZFacility.com is proud to announce our new Employee Time Clock feature! This optional module is fully compatible with both our EZFacility 4.0 and Trainer Management System (TMS / TCMS) product-lines. The Time Clock provides facility owners with the ability to track work hours for all their non-training / non-instructional resources that aren’t managed via our Scheduling System (front-desk staff, party hosts, security, etc.). It is a fully web-based add-on module, can be accessed from any internet-connected workstation, and is a highly-functional and extremely easy to use solution for time and attendance tracking within your sports or fitness facility.
A detailed overview of the key features and functionality of our optional Time Clock Module includes:
- Ability to create an unlimited number of job type classifications (i.e. swimming instruction, front desk, security guard, etc.)
- Ability to define multiple user pay rates
- Select job classification and hourly rate:
- (John Smith / Front Desk / $12 hour)
- (John Smith / Swimming Instruction / $15 hour)
- Employee Clock-In Windows
- Employee prompted for username and password
- Employee prompted to select job type they are clocking in for
- Clock-In, Clock-Out button available to employee
- Detailed Administration & Reporting
- Report by either all employees or a specific employee
- Report displays the following columns for the selected date range:
- Employee Name
- In Time
- Out Time
- Hours
- Job Type
- Hourly Rate
- Total Pay
- Dates where an employee forget to clock-in or clock-out are highlighted in red and require administrator to supply a valid in and out time.
- Administrators have the ability to make line-by-line edits to make any needed corrections
- Able to export report to EXCEL, or PDF.
